The world of law has a reputation for being competitive, with good reason. It is now, as it always has been, one of the most demanding employment fields. As a result, candidates will need far more than a degree or a national diploma to equip them. In order to start an impressive legal career, an individual will need to gain real, first hand experience of the legal world.

This three month training programme is designed to supply you with everything that you need to prepare you for working in the legal sector. With it, you can build up your qualifications and your professional skill set. Then, once the programme is completed, you will receive an accredited certification and a three month remote legal work experience placement.

Are there any requirements?

Our team of senior advisors will manage the selection process. As part of this process, we also expect any applicants to have a basic knowledge of UK Law.

Legal Work Experience

Every single candidate will receive a guaranteed 12 week legal work experience placement. Through our legal programme, you will gain real, applicable experience, and demonstrate that you have the skills required to be successful in the field.

The duties that you will be expected to carry out during this legal sector placement include;

• Managing real legal documentation and correspondence
• Operating under strict professional confidence
• Working alongside solicitors, and assisting them with the development of legal motions, arguments, and other case filings
• Corresponding with legal professionals, including solicitors and the court, as well as real clients
• Planning, developing and managing cases planning
• Conducting legal research, gathering facts and retrieving supporting information

Duration

Online Training period: 4-12 weeks (this can be extended, if required*)

Assessment: To pass the course, learners will be required to successfully pass an online MCQ examination.

When can you start? Once you apply, we will select the best candidates to take part in the course. The training takes place online. Once your training modules have been successfully completed, you can then start the remote job placement.
