No. We do not guarantee jobs to our candidates, as this decision is ultimately made by the company themselves. However, we do give you the chance to showcase yourself and your skills to a prospective employer.

Yes. As stated in the distance selling regulations, all of our customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

Our registered address is in Cardiff. But no, you don’t have to travel to us. Our courses are online-based, and work experience can be undertaken remotely from home. We deliver our courses nationwide.

Our average candidate starts their placement between 2 to 4 weeks after completing the course. Once you have completed your training, your careers coach will provide you with further details about your placement.

A number of our courses are accredited through the CPD (Continuing Professional Development). This accreditation is indicative of the quality of the skills, knowledge and experience that you will gain (both formally and informally) during your course.

You will receive a qualification from us. You will also gain a reference for your CV, detailing the experience that you have gained. Our dedicated team is also on-hand to help you apply for jobs after your course.

No. You do not have to pay for the exam. However, note that we offer one free attempt. In the instance that you fail this, you will be able to retake the exam, but you will have to pay £145 for three extra attempts.
